Captain Gabe

Born in the Lowcountry, Go Jolly Charters Owner, Gabe Jolly has been spending time on the waters around Charleston and Edisto all his life. 

 

He moved to Charleston from St. George in 1998 and have never left. Gabe has lived on Daniel Island since 2005. He enjoys bringing his wife and kids out on the water as much as possible.

 

Gabe has a passion for offshore fishing. His team won the 2023 SC Mahi series with a tournament record 67 pound mahi. 

 

Gabe and his team looks forward to showing you a great time on the water. Don't miss out on a unique way to make memories with friends and family.

Captain Johnny

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Johnny has worked in the Maritime Industry for nearly two and half decades. Growing up boating as a child, he pursued his passion for always being on the water and became a licensed captain in 2008.

 

From there, he worked for the Charleston Branch Harbor Pilots as a Pilot Boat Operator for over a decade. In 2018, he attended Chapman’s School of Seamanship and graduated from the Yacht & Small Craft Surveying Program, where he was also certified in ABYC (American Boat and Yacht Council) standards.

 

Currently, Johnny serves as the Dockmaster for Charleston Harbor Marina, located in Mt. Pleasant. Johnny spends his free time boating with his wife and son in the Charleston waterways.
